2025 Parade Route: Starting at North Street proceeding South on Main Street to Hosack Street.
Staging Directions: Form one lane at designated numerical posts. All entries need to be checked in between 7:00AM – 9:00 AM. Judging will start at 9:15AM.

In order to receive proper recognition and acknowledgement from the reviewing stand, please provide some background information about your group. The write-up should be aimed at people who know little about your organization and should be relatively short, about 40-50 words. Please include names of Queens, Princesses, Duchesses, politicians, other dignitaries, etc., who will be riding on the entry

By submitting this form, I certify that I am authorized to submit this application on behalf of the Firm/Organization/Individual(s) listed on this application (the “Entry”), and on behalf of all persons participating in or associated with this Entry. I acknowledge that I have read and agree to comply with all Das Festival of Kendall Parade Rules and Regulations, as well as any directions provided by Parade Officials and Law Enforcement personnel.

I understand and agree that Das Festival of Kendall, the City of Boerne, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, committee members, and contractors shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property that may occur in connection with participation in the Parade and all related activities, including but not limited to staging, set-up, on-route procession, and dispersal, regardless of cause.

I hereby agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless all aforementioned parties from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from participation in the Parade or related activities.

I further grant Das Festival of Kendall, its legal representatives, partners, and assignees the irrevocable, royalty-free right to use and publish photographs and video recordings of this Entry and its participants—past, present, or future—for promotional, advertising, broadcast, sponsorship, internet display, or any lawful purpose in any medium, now or hereafter known, without further notification or compensation. I release all claims related to such use.

I also agree to share a copy of this application and the Parade Rules and Regulations with all participants and individuals associated with this Entry.

I confirm that I have the authority to bind this Entry to the terms of this Agreement.
