2024 Parade Route: Starting at North Street proceeding South on Main Street to Hosack Street.
Staging Directions: Form one lane at designated numerical posts. All entries need to be checked in between 7:00AM – 9:00 AM. Judging will start at 9:15AM.

AGREEMENT – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING: On behalf of the Firm/Organization/Individuals noted above and all persons in the Entry described above, I the submitter of this form, have been given the authority to submit on behalf of the Entry and all persons directly and indirectly related to the Entry and I have read and agree to comply with the Das Festival of Kendall Parade Rules and Regulations and all directions of Parade and Law Enforcement officials. I further agree that neither the Das Festival of Kendall, or the City of Boerne, nor any of their directors, officers, volunteers, agents, employees, committees or contractors will be liable for any injury to any persons and/or damage to any property suffered in connection with the Parade and related activities, including but not limited to parade set-up, parade staging, on-route operations and parade dispersal, howsoever caused and I agree to indemnify, release and hold harmless each of them from any and all claims for injury or damage. I further agree that I hereby grant the Das Festival of Kendal and its legal representatives and assignees the irrevocable and unrestricted rights to use and publish photographs or video of this Entry and the Entry’s participants, or persons accompanying it, for purposes of publicity, solicitation of sponsorship, advertising, broadcast, or cablecast on television or radio, display on the internet, and any other purpose and in any manner or medium, or for any other purpose, now and in the future, forever, by the Das Festival of Kendall, without any notice or further compensation to me I hereby release Das Festival of Kendall and its legal representatives and assignees from all claims and liability relating to said photography and/or other video imaging processes. I further undertake to provide all persons directly or indirectly related to this Entry with a copy of this submitted Application Form and the Das Festival of Boerne Parade Rules and Regulations.
By submitting this form, I am signing this document electronically. I agree that my electronic signature is the legal equivalent of my manual/handwritten signature on this document. By submitting this form using any device, means, or action, I consent to the legally binding terms and conditions of this document. I further agree that my submission of this document is as valid as if I signed the document in writing. I am also confirming that I am authorized to enter into this Agreement. If I am signing this document on behalf of a minor, I represent and warrant that I am the minor’s parent or legal guardian.
