Pay for yourself if you are a part of a team or not. If you are playing with a team please indicate the team name on the individual player form.
4-Player Team - $500.00
Use this option to sign-up and pay for your entire team. Be sure to write down your team's name in the block provided.
Putting Contest + 2 Mulligans - $20.00
Enter the Putting Contest and receive 2 Mulligans for tournament play, one for the front nine and one for the back nine.
50 / 50 On the Green - $10.00
Put your tee shot on the #5 green and receive a ticket to win half of all the money collected for this contest.
Team Monster Drive - $20.00
Take your second shot on #6 from a position closer to the green than you ever have before.
