The Golf Tournament

Our Inaugural Golf Tournament will be held, Sunday November 10, 2024, at
The Buckhorn Golf Course in Comfort, Texas

Registration will start @ 11:00 am
Shotgun Start @ 12:30

  • The format will be a 4-person team scramble limited to 25 teams
  • Winning team prizes will be determined by the number of entries – net and gross payouts.
  • The $125.00 per player fee includes Green Fees, Cart, Range Balls, and an after round Dinner
  • There will be prizes for four Holes-in-One, a Longest Drive (Men and Women), Closest to the Pin, etc.
  • Enter our Putting contest and receive 2 Mulligans for tournament play. 
  • 50 / 50 on the green at #7.
  • Monster Drive will be available for purchase at check in.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

  • Title Sponsors $2000.00 (Up to three) – 6, 9, or 18 Pin Flags with your custom logo, 1 four man team, 2′ X 4′ Company Banner displayed at the tournament, multiple hole sponsor 18″ X 24″ signs, and a Hole-in-one, sponsor.
  • Food Sponsor $1500.00 – 2′ X 4′ Company Banner, 1 four man team, and hole sponsor 18″ X 24″ sign.
  • Beer Sponsor $1000.00 – Drink Cart signage, and three 18″ X 24″ hole sponsor signs.
  • Team Sponsor $600.00 – 1 four man team, and an 18″ X 24″ hole sponsor sign.
  • Prize Sponsor – Any cash or merchandise donated for raffles, prizes or gifts.
